This coffee is raised under ideal growing conditions in rich volcanic soil. This produces a buttery smooth body, fruit and honey aromas, and soft clean finish. This coffee is so rich and flavorful that the caffeine- while gone- is never missed.

In-store, we roast it to a French Roast, so the body comes out nice and buttery and the finish stays soft and clean.

The home of Colombia Huila Select coffee is also home of the Colombian Massif, the place where the most important Colombian rivers are born. The Huila Region of Colombia is a climatically and geographically privileged region located 1375-1650m (4500-5400ft) above sea level. Fertile valleys surround tall volcanoes, which conspire to keep a very special Amazonic haze covering the vegetation year-round. It’s the perfect environment for growth. The beans mature at their own pace, in the vicinity of plantain, cachimbo, nogal and guamo trees.
