La Laguna coffee comes from a selection of a few small producers from the towns located on the west coast of Lake Atitlan. The lake is surrounded by three spectacular volcaoes: Toloman, Atitlan and San Pedro.

These producers are well organized under different coffee cooperatives in the small municipalities surrounding the lake and all share a well maintained wet mill and drying patio. The ripe red cherries are carefully harvested and selected by these small producers and delivered to the central processing station.
