Operations
- Assigns Franchise Business Manager to work with you to grow and optimize your business
- Provides pre-opening, opening and ongoing operational assistance for all franchisees
- Implements and assists with all operational programs and procedures, including the Grand Opening
- Schedules personalized visits to your shop location(s)
- Provides training in business management, customer service, merchandising, retailing and more
- Conducts regularly scheduled phone calls to discuss your business operations, POS and training support needs
Marketing
- Develops strategy and implementation plans for national and local marketing promotions to build brand awareness and drive shop visits and sales
- Provides all franchisees with the tools, knowledge and resources to successfully market and grow their business
- Establishes and maintains brand standards and guidelines to ensure that all franchise and corporate locations are delivering the Dunn Bros Coffee brand promise
- Works with outside vendors and ad agencies to ensure that our marketing efforts are fresh, current and relevant to our brand and customer demographics
- Regularly works with a team of franchisees to discuss, develop and execute effective marketing strategies
Purchasing Power and Product Development
- Leverages the size of our system and solid vendor relationships to provide high quality products to the system at highly competitive prices
- Provides new and innovative products to improve sales and keep customers engaged
- Supports franchisee special events
